Overview
Each accepted project receives a project-specific agreement and Statement of Work, available in the Contracts area of the client portal.
Milestones and payment
Four payments of 25%: Foundation, Core Development, Integrations and Testing, Final Acceptance and Launch. The first installment is not charged until the agreement is signed.
Intellectual property and handoff
Intellectual-property and source-code handoff provisions are set out in each agreement and subject to legal review.
Bug warranty, termination, hosting
Warranty, termination, and hosting and maintenance terms are to be finalized by the owner and counsel.
Electronic signature
Signing uses an established e-signature provider. Provider setup is pending, so signing is unavailable until it is configured.
